Condoleezza Rice – 66, Politician

Given her status as a civil servant and former Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice probably never had the time for love. She may be one of Washington’s most eligible ladies, but she has never walked down the aisle. In an interview with Piers Morgan, Rice admitted that she dreamed of a fairytale wedding as a child, and she was close to it at one point in her life. She was engaged to NFL sensation Richard Upchurch, but they later called it off.

Now in her sixties, Rice is reportedly single. Nevertheless, her contributions to the government speak volumes of how much she has attained even without having someone by her side. She earned her master’s degree and Ph.D. in political science, served on the State Department and National Security Council, and became the youngest Stanford University provost. She was also named the second female secretary of the U.S. state after Madeleine Albright.
